About the Role

Equity Smart Home Loans (ESHL) is looking for a Graphic Design/Web Design Intern to support our marketing team in developing engaging visual content. This role offers hands-on experience working on branding, digital marketing materials, and website projects. It is ideal for a creative student or aspiring designer looking to gain real-world experience in graphic and web design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and website content.

• Assist in redesigning and developing company websites, including:

• Public-facing mortgage website

• Loan officer recruitment website

• Public-facing real estate website

• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

• Work on branding projects to ensure consistency across all visual assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) or similar design tools.

• Knowledge of web design principles and strong working ability in WordPress.

• Understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Portfolio showcasing design skills (preferred).
