About the Role

Equity Smart Home Loans (ESHL) is seeking a Jr. IT Support Intern to assist our IT department with day-to-day technical support and system maintenance. This entry-level role is ideal for a student or aspiring IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, and IT support operations in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for computer systems, networks, and software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and IT equipment.

• Document and track technical support requests and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
